10. NAIDOC WEEK Hands Art Installations

    Council is encouraging schools, kindergartens and community to take part in creating artwork on hands that will form community art displays to celebrate NAIDOC Week. The hands collected from across the shire will be displayed at Cardinia Cultural Centre, Pakenham Library and Emerald Library througho
