NAIDOC Community Fun Day
The event program will honor Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, history, and heritage. Attendees can participate in Arts and Crafts, traditional painting, games, and enjoy a FREE BBQ featuring kangaroo burgers.

The event will provide athletics skills and fitness training techniques as a valuable foundation for multi sports, as well as an opportunity to learn and celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Event starting at 10am, with a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony shortly after.
Every second year, Northern Cape York Peninsula is aflame with colour, culture, song and dance when this remote indigenous festival torch is lit - signifying peace and unity.
