1. NAIDOC Community Fun Day

   The event program will honor Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, history, and heritage. Attendees can participate in Arts and Crafts, traditional painting, games, and enjoy a FREE BBQ featuring kangaroo burgers.

2. NAIDOC Athletics Carnival

   The event will provide athletics skills and fitness training techniques as a valuable foundation for multi sports, as well as an opportunity to learn and celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

3. Ratalang NAIDOC Celebration (Port Elliot)

   Event starting at 10am, with a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony shortly after.

4. NPA Cultural Festival

   Every second year, Northern Cape York Peninsula is aflame with colour, culture, song and dance when this remote indigenous festival torch is lit - signifying peace and unity.
   

5. Celebrating Indigenous Artists

   Every year, NAIDOC Week celebrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, history, and achievements. This year's theme 'For Our Elders' honours the invaluable role of Indigenous Elders in our communities.

6. Ampe-kenhe Ahelhe (Children's Ground) Open Day

   Everyone is invited to celebrate NAIDOC Week with us at the Ampe-kenhe Ahelhe Open Day!

   When: 9 July, 10 am – 2pm
   Where: Children’s Ground, 2 South Terrace, The Gap, Mparntwe (Alice Springs)

7. NAIDOC Week Heal Country Community Event

   Everyone is welcome to come along and celebrate Nyoongar culture and community at this NAIDOC Week event hosted by Freo Toy Library and Fremantle PCYC! Cultural performances, fun activities and food available: Smoking Ceremony Welcome to Country Heal Country storytelling with dance Didgeridoo

8. Karaoke Live

   We are excited to be able to celebrate Naidoc this year with our community. There will be a live band and karaoke to provide the vibes. Prizes for the best karaoke singers, with face painting for the kids. Soup and Damper will be served. This is a free community event, family friendly.

9. Art Competition
