Southern Aboriginal Corporation are holding their annual NAIDOC Ball in July this year, celebrating the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the Great Southern.

Charlestown Square NAIDOC Week Weaving Workshops
Speaking in Colour will be hosting a free weaving round table, where customers are able to create a collaborative 3D sculpture (Eagle) that will be displayed in Charlestown Square.
In addition, NAIDOC themed colouring in posters for children to decorate and take home.

In this special holiday storytime, children will learn about NAIDOC Week. We will be reading books from Indigenous Authors and Illustrators. At the end of the session, participants will have the opportunity to complete a craft activity to take home.
