Ngaligumerra - We Are One Film Screening and Smoking Ceremony
Ngaligumerra – We Are One is a calling for Australia’s shared vision for greater harmony moving forward. It invites us to explore the Four Sacred Pillars of Australian Indigenous Wisdom. On arrival we will begin with a Smoking Ceremony and Welcome to Country and then move upstairs to the Lakeview Hall to watch the 38 minute film. After the film Aunty Jinta will be available to answer questions in a Q & A. Monies raised will help cover costs and donation/profit to a local First Nations women’s group, Gunyadu. Their dream is to build a Healing Space that will give First Nations communities and families living and working in the Gai-mariagal lands, a place to meet, empower and nurture our cultural and spiritual identity.

Welcome to NAIDOC.

We acknowledge all First Peoples of the beautiful lands on which we live and celebrate their enduring knowledge and connections to Country. We honour the wisdom of and pay respect to Elders past and present.
