   Learn about the uses of ochre in Aboriginal culture in this event for NAIDOC week. Get a unique insight into traditional Aboriginal art and the use of traditional paints. Participants will develop their own story using symbols, painting a picture of their personal experiences.

7. Noongar Bushtucker Cultural Immersion

   Learn about Aboriginal agricultural practices and discover uses for the native plants growing in your backyard. Discover how plants were used by Aboriginal people, utilising knowledge passed down from generation to generation over many thousands of years. Suitable for all ages.
