Keep the fire burning and celebrate First Nations culture with free NAIDOC Week events at Barangaroo Reserve! Baranaroo is hosting a series of free events, come together around the fire for yarns and cultural gatherings. Each evening, you'll have the chance to learn about traditional First Nations customs and traditions. These events are a fantastic opportunity to connect with the local Aboriginal community, learn something new, and celebrate NAIDOC Week in a meaningful way. Whether you're a Sydney local or just visiting, everyone is welcome to join in the festivities. No registration is required – simply come along and enjoy the experience!

Sun 7 Jul - Join interactive Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander dance workshops with the Buuja Buuja butterfly dance group.
Mon 8 Jul - Join in interactive talks and storytelling sessions with Hello Dingo. Plus get a chance to pat these furry friends
Tues 9 Jul - Meet with First Nations educators from Speaking In Colour as they take us though the connection between cutlure, sky, stars & constellations.
Wed 10 Jul - Join in interactive talks and storytelling sessions with Hello Dingo. Plus get a chance to pat these furry friends
Thurs 11 Jul - Learn possum skin cloak making stories and traditions from Elders and a senior cloak maker, with a display of cloaks and blankets.
