Murawin's NAIDOC Week Virtual Team Lunch

NAIDOC celebrations are held around Australia each July to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It’s promising to see that more commonly, NAIDOC is being celebrated not just in Indigenous communities but also in increasing numbers of government agencies, schools, local councils and workplaces. All members of the Murawin team are invited to please join us for this virtual team lunch on Friday 8 July, 12noon – 1pm. The lunch is being held on Microsoft Teams and will be officially opened and closed by our CEO, Carol Vale. To celebrate NAIDOC Week together, even though some of us are geographically far apart, we have arranged a small, simple activity we can do together. Fair warning, it may get a little messy, it’s just for fun, it’s not a competition, and we hope you all enjoy participating. A NAIDOC Kit containing resources for the activity will be posted to your homes prior to the event.
