Description:

Welcome to the Science on Country Mini Fair!

Celebrate the 2025 NAIDOC theme, "The Next Generation: strength, vision & legacy," with us at the Science on Country Mini Fair! This pivotal event is all about uplifting and supporting Aboriginal youth as they harness the scientific legacies of their ancestors.

Empowering Future Generations: Our mission is to nurture young minds within culturally safe learning spaces, inspiring them to reclaim their rightful place in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Let's unleash the potential of our future leaders!

Event Highlights: Engage in traditional knowledge-sharing through ancient techniques of deep listening, storytelling, music, and dance. Feel the rhythm of history and the heartbeat of our ancestors woven into every moment.

Join us in creating a vibrant future that honors our past, empowering our youth to navigate the world with strength, vision, and a proud legacy!

Don't Miss This Celebration: Be a part of this transformative experience where tradition meets modernity. Let’s inspire the next generation to shine brightly on the global stage!

Adult supervision required during the whole session, children and young people are not to be left on site alone.

This event is supported by Larrakia Nation.

Welcome to NAIDOC.

We acknowledge all First Peoples of the beautiful lands on which we live and celebrate their enduring knowledge and connections to Country. We honour the wisdom of and pay respect to Elders past and present.
