Join us for a special event celebrating NAIDOC Week 2024.
Karla Yaarnginy, meaning 'sharing about the fire' features stories about what fire (karla) means to local Noongar people and animals.
Highlights include:
* Pyrotechnic and dance performance
* Shadow puppet performance
* Music, dance and visual art
Enjoy this one-night-only event and celebrate and engage in Noongar culture, honouring the significance of fire. This year's theme embraces ‘Keep the Campfires Burning’ meaning keep going on Country and continue traditions for today and for our future generations.
Come and 'yaang' or share with us and celebrate NAIDOC Week.
