Yura Malka NAIDOC Week 2025 Guided Tour

Immerse into the breathtaking landscapes of the Flinders Ranges as you explore Yura Malka with Haydyn, an expert Bookabee Australia guide. This is our families ancestral Country, and as such you will enjoy deep cultural insight, storytelling, and knowledge that brings new meaning to enrich your visit to the Flinders Ranges.

These guided experiences offer a profound connection to land, culture, and history, taking you through significant sites, Creation stories, and Aboriginal traditions.

This is a unique opportunity to experience Adnyamathanha Country through Aboriginal eyes—ensuring your journey is culturally rich, meaningful, and unforgettable.

The tour will commence from Wilpena Pound Woolshed where you will be given a brief tour of the 2025 NAIDOC Art Exhibition of art and crafts produced by Adnyamathanha artists.

This tour combines a driving tag-along section and a walk. Although the track is all-wheel drive friendly, high clearance is required. It is a dirt track with some corrugations and creek crossings. For the walking component, please note that there is uneven ground, and a level of fitness and comfort with walking is required.

Welcome to NAIDOC.

We acknowledge all First Peoples of the beautiful lands on which we live and celebrate their enduring knowledge and connections to Country. We honour the wisdom of and pay respect to Elders past and present.
