2025 marks 50 years of NAIDOC Week, celebrating the rich culture, strength, and resilience of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples.
At Evolve Communities, we’ve curated a very special NAIDOC Week event guided by Aunty Munya Andrews, Aboriginal Elder, featuring the voices of our First Nations team members exploring what this years theme means to them.
You’ll walk away with:
Insights into Dreamtime, Ancestors, Songlines, and Country, and why these elements are key to understanding how we move forward together as Allies.
First-hand stories from our First Nations team members about their connections to Country and the importance of respecting Elders and their legacy.
Practical tools and knowledge for Allyship: As non-Indigenous Allies, we are tasked with understanding and respecting Indigenous culture, and this session will provide the steps we need to move forward in Reconciliation.
As always, this will be an interactive, uplifting session, with time for live Q&A, insights from Aunty Munya, and stories from our First Nations team members about their connection to Country and the next generation of leaders.
There will be no judgement, shame, or blame - just an open, welcoming space where you will leave feeling uplifted, inspired, and empowered to take action.
“I feel like I just took the Ally pill! This session has given me so much clarity and practical steps for how to be a better ally moving forward. 10/10!"
All ticket holders will also be sent the playback which will be available to view for 1 week.
