Deakin University NAIDOC Week 2021 Heal Country! Art Compeition - Artwork by Milla T, 2020 2nd place category winner
NAIDOC Week Heal Country! Art Competition
To celebrate NAIDOC Week 2021 Deakin University is inviting young people between 5 to 19 years of age to create and submit their artwork in response to this year’s NAIDOC theme: Heal Country! This year’s theme calls for all of us to continue to seek greater protections for our lands, our waters, our sacred sites and our cultural heritage from exploitation, desecration, and destruction. To enter, simply: Create your artwork – draw, paint, make a collage, photograph (or any other medium) an original piece of artwork inspired by this year's theme. Entries are submitted digitally through the competition website at deakin.edu.au/NAIDOCArtComp Entries open Monday 21 June and close Sunday 25 July at 11.59pm. Winners will be announced late July. For more information on how to enter, prizes and terms and conditions visit deakin.edu.au/NAIDOCArtComp
