NAIDOC morning tea and discussion session Libraries Tasmania – Queenstown Library and Services Tasmania are co-hosting their annual NAIDOC morning team on Friday the 8th July from 10 am to 12:30pm The community are invited to a wonderful morning tea to celebrate NAIDOC with bushtucker a cuppa and children’s crafts will be on offer At 11:30am a discussion session is planned with Senior Project Manager Simon Wilcox and his colleague from the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment will be online to discuss the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania’s Consultation paper of proposals for change – An improved model for returning land to Tasmania’s Aboriginal people. Join us for this important celebration and discussion.
