NAIDOC at Centennial Parklands
njoy some campfire time with your family celebrating First Nations culture in Centennial Park this NAIDOC week. Join Djaadjawan Dance and Culture Group for an afternoon of dance, weaving, and shell art workshops around the campfire. Don't miss their immersive Welcome to Country, listen to their stories and join into their cultural presentations at the 2-hrs workshops. Around sunset, follow Centennial Park's educators on a tour around the wetlands that are home to the Flying Fox colony and many other nocturnal animals. This program is a collaboration of Randwick Council, Waverley Council, and Centennial Parklands. Book now - your ticket is a voucher for 1 hot drink at the event served by Tricksta the Barrista.
