Bush Flower Essence Workshop

Bush Flower Essence Workshop | NAIDOC 2026

Led by Nikki Quartermaine of Kaya Kwobidak, this workshop introduces participants to the concept of bush flower essences and their connection to emotional wellbeing, reflection and nature.

Participants will learn about native plants and the traditional inspiration behind plant-based healing practices before creating their own personalised bush flower essence blend to take home. The session offers a welcoming space to slow down, connect to Country and explore self-care through creativity and nature.
