2022 Deadly Cup Carnival
The 2022 Deadly Cup Rugby League Carnival will be held on Sunday 3rd July at TRL Stadium, on Larrakia Country (Darwin). It’s a free NAIDOC event that celebrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and our culture, promotes health and well-being, and showcases the Rugby League talent from across the Northern Territory. The carnival will feature Indigenous All Stars teams playing NT All Stars teams in: ⁃ U14s boys & girls ⁃ U16s boys & girls ⁃ U18s boys & girls ⁃ Senior Men & Women The carnival is a family friendly, smoke, drug and alcohol free event. On the day there will be something for everyone including: ⁃ cultural performances to watch ⁃ cultural activities to participate in ⁃ kids activities for the little ones ⁃ cooking demonstrations ⁃ Health expo You mob will have a chance to win cash money by competing in the Deadly Sprints at half times for U12s up to Seniors, and a Blachan competition as we search for our community’s Deadly-est Blachan for 2022. The 2022 Deadly Cup Carnival is brought to you by Deadly Enterprises in partnership with NRL NT, IAHA and NT Major Events Company.
