Curtin Creative Jam '21: "Heal Country!" Design Competition
Curtin Creative Jam '21: "Heal Country!" Design Competition
Due to covid restrictions in WA, the Curtin Creative Jam '21 has been rescheduled. The rescheduled event will run from Mon 12 July to Fri 16 July. It focuses on the 2021 NAIDOC Week theme: 'Heal Country!' Student participants will work in teams to conceptualise, prototype and present a digital interactive experience that addresses the theme of "Heal Country!" and helps to foster understanding of the oldest continuing culture on the planet. Participants will engage with workshop events that will give them opportunities to deepen their understanding of Noongar culture, and also learn design ideation and prototyping techniques in a fun and collaborative environment. On the final day of the competition, teams will pitch their ideas to a panel of judges. There are cash, merch and loot prizes up for grabs, courtesy of generous internal and industry sponsors. More details about the Curtin Creative Jam '21 can be found here: https://makerspace.library.curtin.edu.au/creative-jam-2021/
