How to Submit
Submit via the NAIDOC submissions platform, available via the NAIDOC website.
What you need to check before you submit:
- You are 18 or older and Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- Your artwork reflects the 2026 NAIDOC theme: “50 Years of Deadly”
- You included a title, a description of the artwork, and the story or meaning behind it
- You own the rights to all elements in the artwork
- Your submission is final, complete and ready to be assessed
- You have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
Tips for artists
Strong entries often:
- Tell a clear story connected to the theme
- Use colours, symbols and visual elements that express pride in culture, identity and community
- Include a clear explanation so judges understand the meaning and message
- Are submitted early to avoid technical issues
