Ninti Training Limited (NTL) is an Aboriginal-owned and led Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based in Mparntwe / Alice Springs, delivering culturally responsive education across remote, regional and urban Australia for over two decades. Grounded in Aboriginal knowledge systems, NTL uses a Two-Way learning approach that brings together cultural knowledge and Western education, with training delivered face-to-face, on Country and in workplaces to reduce barriers and build strong community trust.

NTL provides a wide range of accredited and non-accredited programs. This includes the long-standing delivery of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care certificates that have supported hundreds of graduates into careers as health workers, leaders and mentors within their communities. NTL also delivers First Aid and Bush First Aid, Indigenous Mentoring, and the Foundation Skills Skillset and Certificates I and II in Vocational Pathways.

Through strong partnerships with Aboriginal organisations, Federal and Territory government agencies, and community-controlled services - NTL ensures cultural authority remains central while delivering practical employment outcomes. Its commitment to community consultation, flexible delivery and accessible tools -including multilingual resources—continues to expand its reach.
