NAIDOC Week 2023: Eco-dyeing and bush tucker workshop - morning session
As part of NAIDOC week celebrations, First Nations community members are invited to register for this free and all-inclusive workshop (morning session) to create a collaborative artwork for the 'For Our Elders' exhibition. During this workshop you will: Learn eco-dyeing techniques with Gianna C Hayes Share knowledge about bush tucker with Bush to Bowl Enjoy an early afternoon tea featuring bush foods WHEN: Saturday 1 July 2023 WHERE: Curl Curl Creative Space REGISTRATION: Limited tickets, registration essential. Please advise on any dietary restrictions when booking. First Nations participants are invited to bring and share any plants that they are connected to. Participants will be able to collect and keep their eco-dyed silk scarf on the final day of the 'For Our Elders' exhibition at Curl Curl Creative Space. This event is family friendly.
