Inspirational Indigenous people are making their mark in all areas of society including music, art, culture, community, education, environment, sport, employment and politics.

If you know someone in your community who deserves to be recognised for their contribution, then complete this nomination form in one of the following categories.

Entries for the National NAIDOC Awards close on Friday 27 April 2012.

Awards will be presented at the National NAIDOC Awards Ceremony and Ball in Hobart on Friday 6 July 2012.

The NAIDOC Caring for Country Award recognises the contribution of Indigenous people and communities who care for country - the land, waters and all living things - conserving our biodiversity and protecting our environment for future generations.
