2005 was a transitional year. Decisions on NAIDOC used to be made by the ATSIC Board, and before that the National Committee. In 2005 they were being made by a committee based in the focus State, South Australia.
The committee was chaired by Tauto Sansbury, Chairperson of the Patpa Warra Yunti (Adelaide) Regional Council.
