The National NAIDOC Poster has been in place since the 1970s and provides artists with the opportunity to have their artwork recognised by a national audience. Posters are displayed across Australia in work places, schools and community organisations to mark NAIDOC Week celebrations. The NAIDOC poster, based on the national theme, has been an important part of NAIDOC Week.
