2016 National NAIDOC Awards Ceremony

The National NAIDOC Awards are an opportunity to recognise the outstanding contributions that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians make to improve the lives of Indigenous people, promote issues in the wider community, or the excellence they have shown in their chosen field.

The 2017 winners will be announced at the National NAIDOC Awards Ceremony in Cairns on Saturday 1 July 2017.

The National NAIDOC Awards Ceremony is the premier event on the National Indigenous calendar and in 2017 will open NAIDOC Week across the country.

You are invited to join us for a three course meal, with limited wine and beer, unlimited soft drinks and an outstanding entertainment line up for a celebration like no other to annouce the winners of the 2017 Naitonal NAIDOC Awards.

Tickets to the event will go on sale in May 2017.
